    A: Our working hour is 8:00 to 17:00 every Monday to Friday. If you have questions after our working

2. Q: What can I do if I have questions on the test result?

3. Q: How long will you take to present the test report for urgent samples?

    A: Basically, the standard time cycle is 7-10 working days, urgent time cycle is 3-4 working days, extra

       urgent time cycle is 1-2   working days. However, not all samples can be finished in urgent time 

       cycle  because working cycle for some experiment is longer, please communicate with marketing
